Meet Saranya, Your Aari Embroidery Trainer in Coimbatore
I am Saranya, a full-time Aari embroidery trainer based in Coimbatore, a mother, and someone who believes every woman deserves a skill of her own. Since 2021, I have taught Aari embroidery — from basic stitches in zari and silk thread to zardosi, maggam stone work, mirror work, cutwork, and bead and sequin embellishment — to help women turn a hobby into real, paying work.
I am certified by INDSETI (Indian Bank Self Employment Training Institute), and I teach every class myself, online or offline — including faster hand-work, fixing mistakes, and the pricing and business basics to sell your own work. In five years, I have guided 60+ students from their very first stitch to embroidery they are proud to sell.
