  2. Find the armhole — where the sleeve meets the body of the blouse.
  3. Peel off the paper sticker on the back of the pad.
  4. Position it right at the armhole: the shorter side faces the arm, the longer side faces the body.
  5. Press it down firmly so it holds through the day.
  6. Repeat on the other side.
